Agreement

By playing Glyphtli on glyphtli.io you accept these terms. The game is offered by Glyphtli, an independent game made and run by its owner, an individual (sole proprietor) in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: hello@glyphtli.io. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

The game

A new tomb with four chambers opens every day; rules are generated automatically. Free: the tomb of the day, yesterday's tomb, one endless chamber a day, friends, invite-only leagues and live matches.

We may change rules, scoring, rewards and free limits. Points, streaks and ratings are in-game values with no monetary worth.

Account

Sign-in is via Google. One person, one account. You are responsible for access to your Google account. You can delete the account at any time in the account menu.

Golden Key

The Golden Key is an optional paid upgrade: the archive of every past tomb, unlimited endless mode, creating leagues, full stats, one streak freeze a month and rated live matches without the three-day wait. It is sold as a subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices: Monthly: $2.99 per month; Monthly with 7 days free: $2.99 per month after a 7-day free trial; Yearly: $14.99 per year; Lifetime: $24.99 once. Prices are in US dollars; taxes and the currency shown depend on your country and are displayed before you pay.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, charges sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt and handles payment questions, cancellations and returns, under Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel any time in the account menu → “Manage subscription” (Paddle's customer portal); the Golden Key then works until the end of the paid period. The monthly plan may start with a 7-day free trial, once per account: if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first $2.99 payment is taken then.

Every payment can be refunded within 14 days: see Refunds. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the Golden Key at once, and a refunded subscription is cancelled.

“Lifetime” means for as long as the game exists. Should the game shut down, we give at least 30 days' notice.

Fair play

Not allowed: scripted probing, multiple accounts in leagues or the ladder, tampering with requests, trying to obtain the rule before the trial. We may void results or close the account without refund.

Content

The game, its art, texts, code and rules belong to the operator. Daily results (text and card) may be shared anywhere. Rules you suggest may be used in the game without compensation.

Liability

The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Law and disputes

Governing law and venue: the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; this does not take away the protection that the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence give you. Let's talk first: write to hello@glyphtli.io.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is published here with a new date. Continuing to play means accepting the update.
